Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AutoRatesIQ.com and related pages, forms, content, and services (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, and where stated by clicking a submission button, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What AutoRatesIQ Does
AutoRatesIQ provides an auto-insurance comparison and referral service. We may collect information from you and use it to identify or connect you with insurance carriers, licensed insurance agents or agencies, marketplaces, lead buyers, and other participating service providers (“Partners”). Partners may request additional information before providing a quote, offer, or other service.
AutoRatesIQ and Vast Cast Marketing, LLC are not insurance carriers and do not underwrite, issue, bind, or service insurance policies through this Site.
No Guarantee of Quotes, Availability, or Savings
Submitting information does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, offer, particular price, policy, savings amount, or approval. Insurance availability and pricing depend on each provider’s underwriting criteria, state law, market availability, and your individual circumstances.
No Obligation to Purchase
Completing the form is required to request access to matching insurance options through the Site, but you are not obligated to purchase a policy from any provider or agent.
Compensation
Vast Cast Marketing, LLC may receive compensation from participating providers, agents, marketplaces, lead buyers, or other business partners when you are referred, when your request is transferred, or based on other commercial arrangements. You do not pay AutoRatesIQ a fee merely for submitting an insurance request through the Site.
Communications Consent
Any consent to receive calls or texts is presented separately at the final submission step. The specific language shown at that time controls the scope of the communications consent. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing insurance.
Electronic Records and Signatures
When you click a button that expressly states you are providing consent or agreeing to terms electronically, you agree that the click may constitute your electronic signature and that the related consent or agreement may be provided and retained electronically.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You may not use the Site to submit fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized requests.
Third-Party Services
We do not control the underwriting, pricing, licensing, sales practices, websites, privacy practices, or services of independent Partners. Your dealings with a Partner are governed by that Partner’s own terms, privacy policy, and applicable law.
Intellectual Property
The AutoRatesIQ name, site design, original content, graphics, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Vast Cast Marketing, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vast Cast Marketing, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site. Any limitations are subject to rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will identify the current version. Material changes will be presented as required by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent not preempted, the laws applicable to Vast Cast Marketing, LLC and the transaction, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights in your state of residence.
